Shouldn't be an issue, but if it is... Reset your computer... It is because your computer is still thinking as file that is open.... Have this issue as well from time to time

Actually a simple PC restart did the job Thanks.

You could have just clicked 'Ignore' it's just a font and more than likely was already in your GTA SA directory.  Was no need for a restart of your PC.

Funny part is that i pressed once Ignore and istalled it, but when i tried to join Argo i couldn't log in so my briliant mind though that the problem is in this file and decided to delete it
And ofc that was not the problem that i could not log in on the server.
