Hello thier i actually dont know that killing cops while i m a su is called a dm , sir i m really really shamefull what i did and i m sorry for that...

The problem is that you and your friend killed these cops near the Jefferson hospital, Then you ran back to them once they respawned at the hospital just to kill them again. That was obvious cophunting and deathmatching, you and your friend just had to get away from the area, these cops were just respawned and unarmed. You had no reason to kill them again, pure deathmatching.

Sir i know i killed these cops 2nd time but the third time i did'nt kill them , i realise that its wrong i asking my friend too that dont kill them... What ever what i have done is wrong
