SA:MP Servers doesn't work on "Favorites" but on "Internet"/"Hosted" it does.

Hello! I have a problem that heppend alot and I don't know how to fix it.

Spoiler for Hiden:

<- My Computer
<- My friend's

You see, on my computer the server doesn't work (any server) and on my friend's computer it does.
and all of the servers in "Hosted" or in "Internet" work ( I logged in and everything works fine)
I tried to restart my router and I closed every thing that uses internet.
