Sir Christopher Lee died aged 93He passed away in hospital hospital after suffering respiratory problems. Mostly he was known for being a horror actorHere he is in Hammer's Dracula. He also played Frankenstein and a whole load of other super scary charactersAs well as the occasional romantic figureI first saw him as the three nippled Scaramanga in what was, at the time, my favourite Bond film - The man with the Golden Gun.Despite being in his 90s, Lee continued taking major movie roles in blockbusters such as Lord of the RingsAnd the unfortunate Star wars prequelsAnd despite his elder statesman image, his musical expertise and taste were... unconventionalBut don't forget, decades ago, this man was a stone-cold killer. Fighting with Finnish forces, with the RAF, and later as one of the founding members of the Special Operations Executive and the SAS." Let's just say I was in Special Forces and leave it at that. People can read in to that what they like."Sir Christopher Lee, legend.
