If you check the articles, they linked him to several other crimes. He was only arrested by local Law Enforcement, meaning only the local crimes were included. FBI is still investigating the matter for separate charges, including the other "hackers" he was linked to.

Personal opinion, people find different things amusing, some people find decapitation amusing, even if I don't agree with that I respect their personal opinion.
Now if you're saying this is a rulebreak, yet again personal opinion, people can find rulebreaking amusing.
And this is not an aged topic, in my "new replies" I have a post from 09' that I could bump up, now that would be an aged topic, it makes no sense to start a whole new topic for the same discussion we were having in June. And it brought conclusion upon the DDOSer so it was even more important to this topic.
I cease to understand why admins want the forum to be spammed with new topics when you can simply reply to one..

Do not roleplay a veteran on discord, be a veteran in game.
