Opinion about Grove Street Families in general

I used to be a GSF member myself and it was actually quite good. I believe you guys are improving every day.

Also there's quite a big diffirence between this "hiding combat in someones ass" and between your ways of roleplay.

Tag doesn't matter at all, what matters is that you people stay loyal to the gang and stick together.

@SkyHawk  i myself do not always behave (not speaking rp-wise) as i should. I actually got anger management issues (not related to argonath), so thats the reason why i go crazy sometimes, and i agree thats something we should work on - yet thats not a reason to be called a 'combat out of ass' or anything like that, especially cos GSF didn't allow combat as weapon since the day it was opened, and we also enforce rules such as roleplaying every action done by our characters and we dont even allow bunny hopping in roleplay scenes, even shootouts, unless the opposite side is bunny hopping as well.

I love GSF, RPed with you lads both as a cop and as a gangster ( back in the days ).
You guys arent too agressive when it comes to shootouts (atleast from what I've seen as a cop) and dont realy care about the result of that shootout, you let it roll as it should.

Then again, nothing could go wrong with an RP group led by Seskom.

Just do your best. Roleplay and have fun. This is not something you can follow step by step on how to be a good clan or gang. As I remember GSF back in the day, they created it to have fun, and show other players what gang or group they represent, and feel proud while doing so. Shouldnt matter what anyone thinks of you. My guess is if you are reopening GSF which was one of best groups at its time, to maintain the same professionalism that they had, you are already doing a good job. They were fantastic role players, and they just did it to have fun.

If you continue on the same path GSF originally started on, you will do great. And dont ever let anyone tell you different.

it has been a year since we opened the group, we hit recognized after 3-4 months of existence. we're for sure not gonna close down cose people are hating, theyve been hating in past year as well, i just want to hear opinion of the others as well.

Its only upto a group to decide/describe weather they are doing good or not because there are many who would love to give out comments full of hatred.

The very first thing is their activity...a active group would most likely to be recognized by everyone but activity alone does not mean everything because a group must participate actively in roleplays as well. However a roleplay always ending up in shootout would most likely leave out a positive impression over newbies while it can hit or threaten other players(good ones) from that group and outside. ( and indeed the watchout from administration )

I've never really role-played with GSF before so i can't judge nor i should because a active group itself can tell the whole story.

Take this for example : active group ---> roleplays ---> new recruits ----> traning(essential) for new recruits ----> more active participation in roleplays ----> and ultimately you will end up having the best family in argonath.

The above example is only good at saying but a way lot more stuffs are required to make your dreams come true about your family.

I think that GSF has been a great group, making a great effort in bringing back the roleplay to the server when they started with classic serious roleplays worth of Argonath's legacy. But even with the bright return that had, (completely free to say it as I was part of them by the beginning) I have to admit that it's loosing his path on what the group was before, the objectives that were made by start are no longer there, at least from my perspective.

GSF have always been a quality organization. You guys have managed to create an atmosphere around Grove Street, and not every Grove group was able to do that. What happened with the Ten Green Bottles earlier this year started out bad, but the way things work out only proved the quality of GSF to me.

Keep it going, hopefully I'll get to RP with you guys soon.

GSF is great, just struggling with my activity for now which im sure will get better in the course of time. been doing my best since i joined GSF and will continue to do so till the end. i did tell adam and jov after joining the group, GSF is the first and last group i will be joining in argonath, and goddamn right it is.

the group leaders promote discipline in every way, i have learned a lot during the time and have also proved myself to the black men. being realistic in character/roleplay at all times has been the key element to GSF's lasting foundation, i enjoy every moment.

i dont blv in competition between roleplaying groups, competition and cooperation dont go realy well together.

as one of those who where starting up the group i have to agree with taco here, one of the things i dislike was the massrecruiting of new members, it wasn't the "process" with approaching the gang for several days and making your way in anymore

the roleplay part of the process is still he same as it was the first day. we do have an application form but people are not even forced to apply, it was just to make i easier for us who wants to join us and to have a view at person's capability of having a realistic character with decent history and character developement. mass recruiting sounds kinda too harsh as we do not accept anyone who cant roleplay and/or respect our rules (server rules included)
