As crazy as this sounds GTA is simply a game engine, Argonath is a roleplay server, regardless if you believe someone has been abused or suspected invalid there is a simple way to avoid confrontation with police and weapons. /gu is a crazy concept developed isn't it

/gu is a waste of time since it is more time consuming then being jailed. It's not the fact that I will be jailed it is the fact that I don't want to be jailed for some bullshit reason.

I simply stated that you can avoid police confrontation if you don't break the law or if you decide you'd rather break the law do so under the radar. In pretenses the mob and the Yakuza do things under the radar to not attract attention to themselves, but rather away from themselves.

/gu is the first step to being jailed how could it possibly be a waste of time? That makes not an ounce of sense, unless of course you are close enough to the cell to be jailed without using the command, either way you're tacking on a few seconds? That's not a reasonable justification.  Just because you decide to /gu also doesn't mean you are being jailed for a "bullshit" reason per say, the first step to requesting an investigation if you feel you have been wronged is to /gu and believe it or not when you are investigated, and they realize they made a mistake you are unsuspected, so not exactly a waste of time or being jailed for a "bullshit" crime as you call it.

No one said you couldn't use them to protect yourself, it places a restriction on who can use them, while the licensing suggest that high powered riffles can only be used on riffle ranges, that doesn't mean that you can't still take them into public, this might hold a higher jail sentencing.. If you ever thought Argonath would allow guns to be restricted in that manner you have no idea what Argonath really stands for.

You never tought about the black market did you? If the citizen can't purchase certain weapons they will get them smuggled across the borders, this would have to be scripted but why the hell would you create more work for the scripting team as it hasn't got much use at all..

We need gun policing right now! We cannot have 10-15 armed men like for today treating the national security while cops can just watch them shooting each other to death.

- Increase price on weapon with 75%
- Add a gun license for legal people to wear firearm. Can be revoked if being used wrongful, by cops/court/whatever..

A weapon license will do just fine. I would highly recommend adding a weapons license script. It'll help with rp... Just kidding. It's needed because weapons at this point are simply to easy to acquire and there is certainly no limitations to it. And as suggested by Gobbii, if the weapons are being misused(solely for dming) then the license should be revoked.

It would also be interesting if there would be a way to acquire SOME weapons illegally and if you are caught with them you can face severe consequences(legally).

Hmm. Class II B, should be implemented to Class IV since it's a armor penetrating 50 cal. rifle, so to obtain it, should require the Class IV  as well.

You are actually correct.
For people who fail to, or don't want to be on the record for having a firearms license, it would open a hole new side to criminal factions with an addiction of Weapon dealing and trafficking.
