To the esteemed Judge Legend,


As an old member of the Court Hall staff (Lawyer), I would like to know if with this new court structure  a "reinstatement application" would be necessary or a simple manifestation of will is enough for me (as well as other willing older Court members) to remain in it.


Following is a post of Your Honor containing the latest (as of 2011) Court staff, since I haven't been able to find a more recent one.

Changes to the court system are expected, under direction of the Chief Justice.

Dear Mr Marco White,


As the Court of Vice City is a public institution all officials are entitled to continue their professions unless they choose to resign or are removed under exceptional circumstances.

It is very likely that officials will be asked to attend a meeting/given an interest check following the court restructure, especially as some of the roles will be changing and new responsibilities will be added.

You are still able to practice as a government lawyer and a new application can be made if you would like to be considered for other roles.
