SAMP worked before now it wont start

Before Format C i got SAMP working properly.

now the SAn andreas starts itself but from from SAMP id does some noise like it thinks it out and then it just leaves it there,

I have new l8st drivers on
i have SAMP 0.2.2 i got the patch from argo site i got free RAM

Delete GTA San Andreas and SA:MP. Use /regedit and delete everything which is related to SA:MP or GTA San Andreas. Reinstall both it shall be fixed now.
