Suing MrSteamZ

Case:
Today on 21/11/15 10:24pm CET . LCPD units were in pursuit of the suspect MrSteamZ. when we arrested him and I was asking Mr SteamZ going to remind the Miranda rights, which could be held in the court of law. Mr SteamZ then insulted my self, and other officers who witnessed the disgusting comment of offensive language. This is an lawful matter of in Miranda rights, "If anything you do say can be held in the court of law", in this case Mr SteamZ has breached the Miranda rights and would impose the court of this matter.
