Yeah, Luca wants to give me his money while he and his family were in our grandparents house matter of like seconds on foot to get there, he spent christmas here, so he would only play argo when I call him, he decided to give me his money so I can put them on a better use than him...

Alright let me finish off with the whole Luca situation before we move on to other things.
Luca was here the whole christmas vacation, I only have one computer so it's pretty obvious that I would log in / out in order to have him go in / out... I'm sure you know that me and Luca are not the same person, we can even get in call when he's home and have him tell you what happend

I introduced him to Argonath as soon as I came back to the server as he was one of those people I met on different SAMP communities, but he's more into DMing and doesnt really know much about RP. I in no way have connections with the account(login wise), he's from Saudi Arabia and I'm from Israel, no IP match or anything.

I fail to see how he wanted to give you his money when you logged in on his account, flooded the /opengift command with keybinds to duplicate gifts after you saw william manage to do it and then sent the money over to william to give it to your own account.

There's more than enough evidence to support this claim over multiple days. Why else would someone login take a gift and pass the money on?

I'll try to explain myself again in different words since you could not get it yet.
Luca lives far away from me, for christmas he and his family stayed over at our granparents house for a week or something, then while we're at my house I would ask him to open the gift and knowing William the guy we trust who could transfer the money from Luca to me since I don't have 2 computers where we both could get on at the same time.

As for your question why would someone do that?
Simply because he doesn't really care that much he would only play Argo if I actually called him anyway

EDIT: Yeah, if I was you I would probably do the same and ban the guy who's doing that, but honestly there was no intention of cheating here. Ente would come online only if I call him, he doesnt know that much about the server so I would buy weps for him, give him it, or teach him how to buy from restaurant and things, about Luca - He just gave me his money because I was annoying him that he has no use for it while he doesnt play and he didnt mind giving it since if he comes online he would just come with me.

Luca came back to the server 16 December after Leon giving me Luca's pass to give it to him, after that Luca changed the pass so I don't know his password to login in his account now.

Yeah, it looks very suspicious when you look at it from admin-view, but me, Luca or Ente have no intention of cheating never did that it's just that they dont know what to do with the money and would give me them to put a better use, even Ente still has money left, he offered to give me them last time but I was like no, keep them so you can save up for a car. I'm sure the logs can also prove that.
About me logging in and out after luca/me, I already explained that, one computer and he would only come online to open gift or when I call him, I'm sure that was the case, even the same in RS4, he would only come online when I call him...He's not a type of a guy that can manage something alone, specially in English.
His account would be logged in from my computer/ip only during christmas as he was here at that time.
It sounds very ironic yeah...but that's what actually happend, I'm not like "my cat went on luca's account" "my little brother got in my acc".
That's the actual and fully honest story of what happend, there was no intention of cheating whatsoever.

I don't know how else I can prove to you that I was not the one going in Luca's account, I have explained everything multiple times. If it helps me and you can go with Luca in a call but it's gonna be a little hard for him due to his English, I've done everything to prove it. But it's just hard to prove you wrong, in my point of view it's very simple...it's just not me.

About the open gift thing, I have done it infront of staff members multiple times(I can't remember names) and none of the times I was told it's not allowed neither stopped and confronted about it untill now.
Was kinda greed habit of me to do that opengift keybind, didn't really know it would be script abuse seeing how admins did not react to me doing it near them.
If any of the admins at some point told me it was not allowed, I would've just not done it.

That's not right, Luca and Ente were online even when they have already opened their gift for the day...
I'm pretty sure multiple players have seen them play even without having to open the gifts, if I wanted to cheat I would've asked from Ente to give me the last cash he has.
If after all these replies I have me and still did not manage to prove my innocence, I don't know what else can I do. Is there anything in your mind that I can prove to you that we have not cheated in any way?
