Proposal

Dear Supreme Court of Liberty City Judges, I am here to present an idea to update the law act 44 from:

Act 44
Impersonating a peace officer, by either pretending to be one or representing himself as such is an offence.

to,

Act 44
Impersonating a peace officer, federal agent, detective or state attorney by either pretending to be one or representing himself as such is a federal offence.

I would also like to suggest that Act 77 should be implemented, as it seems there is no law preventing illegal protesting, it should be arranged to be,

Act 77
Protesting, without the agreement of the government and/or being disrespectful or breaking any other constitutionalist act is counted as an offence.

Act 44 will be modified to: "Impersonating a law enforcement officer, by either pretending to be one or representing himself as such is an offence.". I hope this will suffice. I hope the generalization will cover all law enforcement impersonations.
