It all started like this, I am not going to moan or talk about the admin.

I went with my under boss to Aiden Soprano. Reason: let him pay what did his brothers do. ((They came to the Luciano HQ and tried to kill one to two members but they failed)) Aiden had to pay for his brothers mistakes...

Alessandro: No, maybe a misunderstand.

Robin: So my members might lie to me?

Aiden: Seems like.

Robin: Lets say yes...
            What if I got cameras around my property?
            Indeed, I got.

Aiden: So, what do you want? *Start writing a sms*

Robin: You have to pay for their mistakes.
                          How would you like to solve it, Bloods or Cash?   
                          As it is a fine, you have to pay a huge ammout of cash.

Alessandro: And if we don't?

We gave them 2 options/solutions. Pay blood / Pay cash.

When Alessandro said, "if we don't" we count it as a proof to let them pay blood.

I typed ((/cb speaks over his CB radio.)) instead of - ((/me speaks over his CB radio.)), A misunderstanding happened, I thought I said ((/me speaks over his CB radio.))

((RP- Robin spoke over his CB radio in order to give Jennifer Luciano an alert to shoot.))

I also said ((/l This will happen)), didn't have a chance to enter it, a shootout began.

I also lied to the administrator. In order to confirm that it wasn't a poor RP, I also agree it was a deathmatching, I didn't give the other player a chance to talk. or proof that there is a shootout going to start, Everyhing was fine but the last part ... ruined it.

There was a misunderstanding, that I thought I typed /me speaks over the CB radio, when I already said /cb speaks over his CB radio. Also, didn't give them a proof that was going to be a shooutout.
This won't happen in the future if I got a chance to play again.

Hi Robin, i began to spectate you as you froze the RP as Jennifer was AFK, i saw the whole situation, it seemed all fine until you ordered Jennifer to shoot. You did make a mistype but you should be more aware of what commands you are typing in such a situation, And as for the reason to shoot, You shouldn't shoot someone dead for asking a question about the situation And if i remember correctly part of the reason was because you said Ricardo was holding a deagle which he wasn't.

If you can realise what you have done wrong in this situation and can improve from your mistakes i see no problem in you being unbanned.

These back and forth shootouts of other groups members needs to stop. This is not some clanwar server where you need to go and kill others every time you see them.
The pathetic excuse of "He killed my members so he needs to pay" also needs to fuck right off and out of the door. We will not condone this kind of bullshit ingame anymore.

If you have no actual roleplay reason to go to someone then don't even bother going there to shoot them unless you wish to be removed from the server.
Sadly for you this isn't the only situation that has caught our eyes, so has your misleading of new players for weeks, if not months now. Hiring people that just join the server to make an "army" as you put it. You don't teach them anything but how to buy guns and follow you into a shootout. That is not what Argonath is about.

If you actually wanted to teach them you would be teaching them how to roleplay and what roleplay is about but sadly in this instance it seems you need a teacher too. It almost looks like Sandi needs to come save Luciano from you.

I completely agree with you on that one. Constant, 24/7, Soprano hunting of Luciano and Gvardia has to stop. We have never attacked anyone first, but we have killed them in self defense multiple times over past few days.
We have always had a RP reason every single time we went to them, because they are the ones that keep attacking us first.

This brings me to another conclusion, if they died already (multiple times), why do they keep coming back every single day, even after few hours ? What is their RP reason to attack us over and over again ?

All i see is that they only seek to:
DM (as there's no RP reason when you died in previous scenario)
Revenge Kill (to revenge their previous lost fight)
Return after death (they died before, why they keep coming back)
Creating new, revenge RP (Starting a new one in order to use it as an excuse to kill us over and over again, even tho that the original RP scenario with the valid RP reason is over 5 days ago, in which they all died)

With all this put on the line, they are the ones that keep this deathmatching clan war, as you call it, on going.

I'm just defending myself, i have never attacked them first and all i do is to save me and my group.
