It does make a difference... but because the GTX950M is a mid-level card, you'll probably find that as soon as you get anywhere close to your game using 4GB graphics memory, the GTX950M won't be able to cope with it. 2GB is probably fine.

But yeah, my "official" recommendation would be the Dell I posted:
 - Within budget
 - This particular i5 is better than the i7 in the ASUS I posted
 - GTX960M is better than the GTX950M (and has 4GB virtual memory...)
 - 256GB SSD
 - 8GB RAM

Depends on the games you tend to play I suppose. I got one laptop with 2 and certain games kills it while my other one with 16 runs them smoothly

Yeah I think that it is a good choice but the only retard thing about the laptop is the keyboard layout and some of it in my country doesn't come with OS. Guess I'll be opting for the DELL or ASUS GL552(GTX 960M 2gb) which came right under my budget after discounts.

Guys, what is CPU speed? The 2.5Ghz etc. Do they really matter or make significant change?

It's impossible to buy purely on speed nowadays unfortunately, for example, an old Pentium 4 chip may run at 3.0GHz, but a modern i3 clocked slower would run absolutely rings round it.

I tend to use the following site for reference:
http://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu_list.php

Any benchmark above 3500 is relatively good, most modern i5 laptop chips do now come above this. You'd expect a decent gaming chip to clock in at anything above 5000 by my reckoning.
