PS4 refuses to display on the TV

This started happening just this morning, before that it only occurred once but now it's continuous. Oh and I'm stuck with the white light not the blue light

Solutions I've already tried:

- Plug the HDMI into different ports.
- Start it with Safe Mode but not even Safe Mode shows up(Weird?).
- Unplug the TV.
- Turn the PS4 on first then the TV.
- Unplug the PS4 then plug it in.
- Check if any of the HDMI keys are broken.

Now I've heard that if you can't get to Safe Mode then it is an internal problem... What do you guys think?

Try with a new HDD mate. From what you've told me that should be the only issue. HDD went corrupt and unrecoverable.

Well yeah that was gonna be my last solution.... New HDD it is, hope it works.

Buy a SSD though, imagine your PS4 loading into the game at twice the speed
