No Public Cars

In RL, We can't just enter a car in the road. We have to buy one or board a public vehicle such as Taxis and Buses.

But In VCMP all can just get in all vehicles. So , The Cars in public should  not be entered and Cars price to be lowered

And It will increase Taxi usage
 AS If anyone can Board any vehicle, Then In RL no taxis will be there

I know many ppl will reject it but It would create many roleplay situations such as taxi kidnappers and many things

State cars are there until there's enough player owned cars to go about. Vehicle prices will not be lowered further.

You have to look at it the other way, without the state cars there would be a major lack of cars and that just wouldn't be fun at all.
