I believe Argonath will be back as soon as the exams are over.
SA:MP server is currently in a decent state with a stable player base of around 20-25 people on a daily basis.

Eek only 40 ammo.

Then again, I used to walk around with just 1-2 ammo of certain weapons just so it gave the appearance of having the firepower. Guess the same could be argued here  :D
