[ARA] Road works in Market, Slow down and approach with caution!

Dear citizen of Argonath.

The argonath road administration will be conducting repairs at the market S curve.
The road's asphalt is in poor condition and therefor we're replacing it. If you're interested
in assisting us please do not hesitate to contact either Senior Engineer Bas McCane or Director Hevar.
We hope to have the road open again by 15-5-2016 around 22:00.

I would like to start off by thanking Senior Engineer McCane for his hospitility during our short casual visit earlier. Moreover, the volunteers that were working with the Argonath Road Administration at the construction site are worthy of the credit. They are citizens that we must look up to, citizens that value the greater good of the community over anything else. Prior to our visit, I must admit that I had underestimated the contribution of your organisation, until I started to realize that your role is indispensable for Los Santos.

Such a growing city requires dedicated maintenance of infrastructure, roads especially, and I'm passionately waiting for your next activities.
