  Once i created a normal DM script (nothing special) and released it on the internet.After about 3 days i saw a guy who made his server(and there was no way he scripted on his own).I checked it out and i saw those are MY scripts,but only renamed by him.I was very disappointed.

We do not release our scripts cos due to the strict admin work we have a lot of "enemies", that start crying when they get ban and spend their life to ruin, crash and flame our community, telling that we have no life... Sure that they WILL use our gamemodes once we'll release it, but they will be never thankful for our work and will even call themselves zomg scripters with removing the credits and continue to shit our scripting work... So why should we fit the un-thankful retards?

Yes Aragorn,exactly what i am saying.There is absolutely no sense in releasing your Scripts.I made that mistake once and i i will never ever do it again .
