ever noticed that the security guard skin says nothing?
This comes due a typo in <<PEDS.IDE>>

to fix it simply go to:
Rocketstar Games/Gta San Andereas/data/Peds.ide
open the file and change the following (marked red)

71, WMYSGRD, WMYSGRD, CIVMALE, STAT_TOUGH_GUY, man, 170F,1, null,2,6,PED_TYPE_GEN,VOICE_GEN_WMYSGRAD ,VOICE_GEN_WMYSGRAD

with this (Marked Green)

and this should fix the problem adding 91 Quote's
