Lately, or probably a lot longer, saying a few RP sentences was deemed enough for a lot of players to justify a team deathmatch scenario. Long ago the below described "base line" has been followed, but we wandered away from it.
From now on admins will again more strictly enforce this general "base line". The final execution of it is up to the discretion of the admins. It is not hard to stay away from possible consequences by not searching for the edge of what is accepted. So be aware.
No leave-or-die anymore.
Coming up to other players who are RP'ing something and plainly tell them to leave is no RP. Neither is repeating it or anything close that is clearly not an attempt to provide reasonable RP. Doesn't matter if you want to overthrow them with a squad of 15 armed players, it is not RP and not considered a valid reason to kill.
No raiding police controlled areas anymore.
Who in their right mind would head to a clearly police controlled area (multiple law enforcers stationary in one place, police stations, government buildings) with the goal to take it over. Though this may happen in real life, it is not suitable for a RP server. Hence this is not considered RP and will be punished.
