So, we deployed a hydra to guard a weed field at North Rock since of recent months, there's regular use of RPGs, grenades, molotovs and scripted bombs. The police are easily outnumbered and outgunned as not every officer can be equipped with snipers and M4.

Let's ask a question... why would a bunch of civilians raid a field that was clearly guarded by a fighter jet, armored trucks and multiple officers? there's no logical explanation for it beside - need for daily dose of team deathmatch and greed for money.

When I opened fire with the hydra, there was an explosion heard prior to it, and my fellow Agents said:

so as per their statements, and prior explosion, it was enough for me to start bombardment.
I'll always listen and rely on my fellow Agents, and especially considering the fact Leonardo is a veteran and Peter is an admin.

Here we can see them confirming of an explosion:

So, in conclusion, since RPGs and other such grade weaponry are used regularly nowadays against police, and since police have no other counter measurement to fight it beside hydra and hunter, including the fact that recruits can't be equipped with M4 / sniper, launching hydra strikes on the group was clearly appropriate considering the ground units gave the signal to attack by saying that they had seen / heard RPGs. And I do not blame them for mistaking it with a vehicle explosion, because RPGs are as I said multiple times now, regularly used on weed fields against police. It simply became natural reaction to explosion nowadays.

The ban was reapplied since previous HQ's decisions were nulled.
Besides, my unban request was dealt with by Leon aka eyemas who is still the HQ so...

The first ban had a clear foundation, We knew what you did wrong and have all the necessary materials. Yet I unbanned you in the hopes that it serves as a message to be more responsible in using heavy air; should you be banned again then you would be gone for much longer.
Then came the second ban which did believe that you should remain out for longer, but that's all there was to it: I did not receive other details as to why we should keep you banned.

It still remains unclear whether or not this second ban would be kept, and since the birthday everyone has received the gift of being unbanned. I feel it would be unfair to keep you out.

Many may disagree with the action, but as many have seen already. This second ban was removed already due to there being too much doubt on it.
