Well, this took a very very long time but I want to come back from all this and come innocent from all the things I have been accused of, there is not enough evidance of me hacking in any possible way.

I have no reason to believe the staff member who banned you was wrong in his conclusion.
We have several tools to use to determine if someone is lagging, de-synced or really hacking.

Give me one reason that could have caused the fact that your vehicle didn't lose health?

As far as I remember, we were in pursuit with two helicopters after a black sultan with 4 atleast occupants and one fired at me, we were going through San Fierro and Las Barancas, Tierra Robada and finnaly when I decided to land and change my helicopter was at El Quebrados Sheriffs Department where there is a sheriffs helicopter, (my helicopter had around 700 hp left oor less when I got the new one 1000 hp ) after that we proceeded to Las Venturas and than LV Train tracks than I got banned as far as I know.
