Cant connect to server

So today I decided to go online for a while on IVMP
I tried to connect on the server but got surprised it says I cant connect
I didnt do any modification to it
can anyone help?

Looks like the hosting pc has some issues, maybe connection issues.

Ivmp only works on 1.0.7.0 patch of GTA IV
Also ivmp wasnt updated for 5 years and counting.

How people are supposed to do it lol.

Not all of them. Just the ones hosted on the main dedicated server. (Yes, this includes IV:MP).
