First of all, I don't know who you are, and I generally don't care when I hand out punishments.
You are the third legit player I've punished since I've returned to the administration team of the RPG server (Non legit as in new players breaking the server rules.)
You were monitored for at least an hour, with other experiences being seen over previous time spans.

If we wouldn't be able to prove, or if we were not certain you were using an illegal modification to alter your game, then you would not be in this section right now. A video has been provided by myself, and has been watched several times by multiple staff members to be certain that you in fact used, an illegal modification. This video will also be available for the management member that will be handling your appeal.

The ban was not requested by anyone. It was a group process that involved going over the evidence multiple times. In order to make sure we are 100% certain.

But, with what we have...there is no longer doubt. We have placed ourselves and yourself on this public stage for a reason...start taking it seriously.

As I stated above, the way it has worked, since the creation of Argonath, is that video or picture evidence, which includes staff information is kept private within the staff team, and can be reviewed by any member of the staff team(Moderator+) of that set server.
Four members of the staff team have reviewed the video. The HQ member that'll handle this complaint will surely also watch the video, and possibly even more staff members that will view the video, which is posted in the staff section.

Now if you have any further issues of how we operate, feel free to contact the division leader, Carbon, or the community owner, Gandalf, and share your issues with them. As for now I feel I've provided enough information and I'll reply once again if a manager or above wishes me to do so, other than that. I'd wish you good luck with your appeal to be unbanned.
