Additional notes:
Well, I'll just go and write how the whole night went from the start:

We were told by our main meth suppliers Lucianos, that they are constantly being attacked and blown up by FLA, Kraskov, Gambinos, and Corleones, when ever they are online and when ever they go on cooking meth.

As we all know, this was happening non stop to them, that ultimately lead alot of people to leave Lucianos or go full inactive because of it.


Naturally, in order to protect not only our main business income, yet our allies as well, we went after the individuals and members of those groups who were part of the 'crews' that were constantly destroying Lucianos operations and killing their people.

First among them, was the leader of FLA Mikal, who we caught going from Flint County to LS, and most of you saw the video of it.

We approached him with 3-4 infernus/sultans, and he was in a Sentinel.

We blocked him, and I wrote /s Stop the car, which he ignored and decided to evade us.
(This crushal moment, was not seen on the video, because of the massive lag the server had that night, the server crashed 4 times in 1 hour because of it, but Andeey check'd the logs and confirmed that I did warn him prior to any engagement)
I shot his tires ONLY, and asked him to Pull over which he ignored again.

We blocked him, once, twice, three times, yet everytime he would continue to try push trough our block until we got all cars to block him out and he was stuck.

We went out of the cars, because we wanted to drag him outta the car, and he used that moment to try pushing trough the block(since we all know its easier to push trough if the cars dont have drivers in them), and since we already gave him 2 warnings, and 4 block total,  he gave us no options then to shot his car until it goes on fire (not to explode his car as well).

We shot his car until the moment it went on fire, and we STOPPED shooting as soon as the car was no fire.

He decided to stay in the car, wrote /l yes (which is his entire roleplay interaction in the whole scenario with us) and he blown up.

Now I know people got banned for behaving like him for poor roleplaying and intentional sitting in the car to explode(Look under Mario Soprano ban after CM interaction), but that's not up to me to judge atm.

After Mikal, we went getting Anders Corleonesi. We've kidnapped him, he played along, we took him  down to Santa Marina Pier, and in roleplay, we hanged him with a rope throwing him over the Pier fence, and choke him to death.

We did the similiar scenario with one of the Gambinos, but he ended up bellow the tram, in our well known tram killing scenario back in San Fierro.

We went after TinMon Vendito, and after surrounding him, we went frisking him up and such, and he even placed his hands up in the air. At one moment, Kaze parked a Comet near by, and Tinmon cancel'd the /hail animation, and he ran into the car with Kaze, who then went full gas to save Tinmon ass.

We shot the car, Tinmon went inside Market AmmuNation, and once I was in, he was already shooting at my members, so we've killed him.

We went kidnaping Bas, and another Corleone guy, but since the server crashed, we cba going over again.

We went after Luca Corleone, who apparently  is a close cousin of Richard Corleone, he ran inside LSPD, we went in, and after he went completely ignoring of our orders and warnings, and after my first warning shot because of it, he pulled a deagle out and a shootout happened, in which I killed him personally- This was the only person I've killed that day as well.

We went for Emerson(I think that's his name) a FLA member who was also spotted attacking Lucianos drug operation, and we tried taxing him for 30k for the things he done. After a conversation took place, he decided to run away, and we got him inside the Studio compound at Rodeo.

I probably forgot someone, since the server was crashing non stop, some of the chases we went on, we cancel'd after the restarts of the server, because we couldn't be annoyed.

Now, these constant 'hunts' or 'wars',  are part of our criminal roleplay, we had a BIG and very important roleplay reason to go after these people, because they were directly ruining our income from drugs, and it was all about the control over the drug market=and it can't get more realistic in roleplay, then criminal organisations  to have a war over drug market control, not just _tag pew pew.

Every single situation we had that night, was done by the rules of engagement, made by the previous HQ, that are still active as far as I know( since there was no announcment of them being changed since then) and that is:
1. Shot/Kill after a decent roleplay interaction

2. except if he's ignoring/trying to escape, in which case,  you have to warn him several time  before opening full fire on someone evading(verbal warnings, blocking with cars, shoting only his tires)

3. Shot back instantly in self-defense if he just pulls his gun out and starts shooting you at any moment.
4. 3 hours cool down, to avoid constant hunting and wars.

Now if this has changed, or you think this isn't enough, then I hope to get a clarification on it, since as far as I remember, every situation that night was done accordingly, it aint our first time either.

Tho if the problem is in the "constant wars and constant hunts", well those were allowed as well by the prior HQ , as long as the rules of engagment and rules on roleplays were followed(read above), and again, no one really informed us of any changes to these policies.

I understand that constant wars and shootouts creative massive problems for A-Team, and the HQ, that everyone is spamming admins after they die even tho there's nothing to report really, and I understand that at one point you guys had enough of it, and perhaps decided to do it the easier way, but then again, wars are a fundamental part of criminal roleplay, as much as cops chasing suspects and engaging them is a fundamental part of cop roleplay.
Specially on Argonath, which is a light roleplay server at the moment, but even during the phase that it actually was close in reaching the medium roleplay standards, the policy on such situations were made exactly in those phase.

Are they okay or not, is not in my opinion a problem of Admins or HQ, yet a problem for the cops, SWAT and FBI, who should be the one protecting the citizens from criminals, cleaning the streets out of wars and crushing them down, and Admins should only investigate was everything done 'by the book', or is the victim just spamming them with reports because he simply died in roleplay, and he's making a drama outta it, in which case he should be banned for flase reporting.

Then again, that's just my opinion, based on how the old HQ used to solve such situations, and again, there was no information announced of this being changed , since as Gandalf used to say: "If you're not gonna roleplay, /q" and people got banned for ignoring roleplay based on it a lot.



Now, if I did something from the state situations above that wasn't right, I apologize for it, but I would like some clarifications then, on what exactly did I do wrong, so I wouldn't repeat that in future.

PS- Just realised how long is this shit lol, sorry for that, but I thought it was better for me to write everything down on what happened, what were we thinking, and why did we acted in such situations, then to just go over  and over again.

After a long discussion within HQ and with yourself we have decided to give you a last chance, Though if you are caught even to be deathmatching in the slightest degree you will be Re-banned and Kept banned for 6 months minimum.

If you have any questions on how to handle a future scenario feel free to ask Any member or administration. We expect for a veteran such as yourself to follow the rules and guidelines and not ruin others gameplay by Deathmatching.
