I cannot download the normal GTA VC, when i press Free Download it says some errors.

GTAVC should only be downloaded through steam after you buy it. Any other download method is not supported in this forum.

Yes. I have a steam account, but i cannot install it.

I already installed VC:MP but the normal Vice city still not.

Steam should not have any trouble downloading or installing Vice City.

If there is a problem, you should contact steam support about it in order to get it solved.
