players can purchase some cash (like 1k or 2k) to a bot in PD or another place to remove their wanted levels! (actually it's better to make system of the bot randomly!)

well that depends on the RP scenario ; i mean u cant obligate the cops to accept your bribe and just remove your wanted level ; you can easily offer bribe in a roleplay thats if some cops would gave you a chance to talk to them cause in my days they were talking bullets hehe
