I got tempbanned for deathmatching and I do not know how I was the one deathmatching.

Starting with proof number one:


As you can see, suspects were the ones to first shoot the ground units. By the time I shot, I was on a building south-east of the CMD truck that got shot, and if you check the map, we weren't even there when suspects first shot. So I wasn't the first to open fire and I don't see how I am the one DMing when I simply shot suspects.

After shooting those on the ground, some Gvardias landed with two choppers on top of LS Stadium, as we got reports on the radio. I turned around and was checking with my scope. One of the was holding a sniper or M4 (couldn't tell due to the distance) and he aimded towards us. I think someone else did as well but not sure about the second. So I opened fire on the one who was waving the gun around, as based on constitution and regulations I have all the rights to.

Moving on, I kept getting muted and got warned for "misusing" /report command. Cofiliano Gvardia cyber-bullied me on public chat, which is banable. And when I was raising my voice against him, trying to report, I get suppressed and punished? Is this the Staff helping Gvardias all the time or just some inner hate against me?

Cofiliano simply said: "Chester why dont you fuck from existance bro lol"

Even a dumb person would understand that he meant go kill yourself. Also he kept insulting me many times over public chat, which means that no one was doing anything against him. And when I report him for cyber bully, I get warned for abusing /report. Sure.

There were two videos sent to me regarding the incident that I had used in regards to my firsthand account. Based on both videos, I had decided to act, however upon discussion between fellow admins we have decided that the conclusion as to who shot first was ultimately unclear. Therefore, your punishment has been requested to be redacted until the matter is further investigated by managers.

I would also like to discuss the manner in private in-game when you return.

Could we have the link to the other video as well? As you can see in the one I posted, we hadn't even landed to the position where we were shooting from by the time that suspects were shooting.
