What i did is
1. Uninstall IV:MP
2. Delete IVMP in gta iv Directory
3. Reinstalled
4. Several Tries, Dunno how but Fixed

Try to connect to any other ip then get back to the argonathrpg ip

Try something random like 45.104.233.125:9999

Then press F12 and reenter the correct ip: 46.105.234.126:9999



If again it doesnt work, check if you have a firewall installed and try to tweak it or disable it for a test.
