[IV:MP] Car-sales rework

A minor suggestion for all to review. I think that car-sales mechanics should be changed to car-stamps. Where every vehicle can be sold at any dealership as long as you buy the "car stamp/license" whatever you would call it.

I kinda hate it to see that each dealership is bought with pre-set of specific vehicles. That shouldn't go like that, feels wrong man.. woman.. whatever the f. you are 

Switching to this type of system would support competition between multiple dealerships instead of the hegemony of currently several default ones. Let the people pull guts out of each other with discounts or specific offers to just one type of vehicles. What if I want to sell just Sultans? Maybe my dealership would be specialized only into Vapid manufacturer? What?! You can sell only Bob-cat, Contender and MiniVan but not Huntley, Stainer, Fortune, Benson.. TOUGH LUCK MAN.. guess you should continue being a peasant on some vassal`s property

Besides this suggestion of car-stamps, I would like to add that this would be maybe an opportunity to add the reworked prices for vehicles along this suggestion I've made earlier

I recommend all the icons for "car-garage" to be removed from the map as it gives unfair advantage compared to other businesses?
