The following topic is meant to introduce and portray Argonath RPG's current mindset and what it has become. May I please note, that this in no way should provoke or insult anyone mentioned, but rather used to show to everyone within our community, both players and the staff, what needs to be improved.

Mistakes here and there, are done by all of us, but this is not one of them. Argonath RPG has been at a decrease for quite some time now and these issues need to be addressed now more than ever.

I'm going to begin with the latest issue that has created some chaos within the Law enforcement and Criminal sides. That being of Matthew Carter. He was banned less than 24 hours ago by HQ on made up charges of witch hunt when all he was doing was gather evidence against corrupted members within the SAPD. He was panel banned on June 14th 2017 at 22:59:36 for "Unacceptable behaviour, Cyber bullying" by [Rstar]Andeey. But wait, there's more. You might have something against the known-court-cunt Matthew, but that doesn't change the fact that he was wrongfully banned and something should be done about it. Not only that, the FBI division is now being held as a hostage by HQ Member, [Rstar]Brian, despite the fact that not a single federal agent wants him around. As a FBI Agent, I can confirm this. This isn't the first time this particular member went around doing no work whatsoever taking high ranks such as: ASID in 2014, CIA in 2015 and SAPD in 2016. HQ are claiming that its 'temporary', in reality, we know its not. FBI Members are already being offered script support and what they want within the Bureau changed, when none of this was available when Matthew was still in lead. Claiming I don't know shit because isn't going to work. 

Personally, I have nothing against anyone, I am just merely stating out mistakes and faults from HQ's side that not on myself, are seeing that has been on-going for a while within Argonath. HQ claims that its the players who have no idea what's going on because 'holy HQ' is private and whatnot. We are active more than the entire HQ put together, we can see the smallest detail that not even in a thousand years would you have caught. We all know how this is going to end, most probability with me being community banned and censored, and this topic gets removed off the face of the forums. Anything can be done, won't change the fact that this would have been shared by a majority of the players and the word will go out of what our HQ has become.

Since I've began with Brian, let's continue. You might think "that's some messed up shit, it can't get worse", well, you're wrong, it can, it's going to. To continue on how corrupt things really are, Brian recruited and set a new Supreme Judge, Pulse, by himself, without even consulting the actual correct one, [Rstar]Peter. Right after he was set, Pulse was appointed to Chester's case that very second, which whom's court case was created by Matthew Carter who has managed to already take down SWAT Leader and High rank SAPD, Jay Hunter. Matthew was banned for 'witch hunt' on Chester, whom he had a court case on, and for manipulating players in doing dirty work for him (gathering RP evidence against Chester).

A small note to the public, there was a small leak of this topic before its post which told Carbon about it. He was asked if he's up to get on board and help in changing the server, he refused with insults on several occasions, also threatend a guy to remove his forum account in order to censor this:

Sadly I wasn't told anything else because he blocked the player right afterwards, oh well. Anyhow, Carbon went to HQ and told them about it. In fact, a couple of minutes afterwards Brian already went full rogue on FBI and started investigating every member for leaking.  He also changed his rank from Director to Server HQ because he was notified that I would mention it.

It wasn't the first time Carbon has shown no interest in the server or the players, he stated it plenty of times. It's a known fact that he has spawned millions of cash for personal gain, which normal players would take months and months of time in order to achieve. Proof of spawning (Total up to $33,410,000):


He has insulted countless of players and what can be done about it? Nothing. Childish behaviour, immaturity and ignorance is visible to everyone. Not the first time someone was promoted while he was drunk, throwing ranks randomly without a care. He's the leader and you pretty much have to bow down before him or get punished. He's a puppet which can be controlled by anyone. I'll give some examples:

Jay Hunter was also given a Helper Rank despite the fact that both Brian and Andeey didn't agree with Carbon, showing how he's overruling any decision taken by HQ in order to give his friends what they want. HQ were discussing promotions and new helpers, Carbon ignored them and went in-game whilst under the influence and just promoted recklessly.

Is this the kind of leadership Argonath RPG is going to accept? Is this going to be let roam around our community unnoticed and they have the audacity to call the players idiotic, ignorant, clueless, rulebreakers and so on? This is the kind of leadership every one of us are accepting when we do not address it. This isn't a cry topic, Brian, as  you mentioned that's what was being done to Carbon. It isn't. This isn't a cry, because nothing was done to me, personally. This was done to the players you are failing every day when you are being biased and/or corrupt. I don't think that's enough to be honest to show how the entire HQ is messing up.

Now there's [Rstar]Andeey. Andeey is someone who I have the least to talk about, merely because he speaks the truth. He sticks with what he says and says it how it really is without a difficulty. But, there are still his negative aspects such as letting his group Highway Runners with Official Status despite the fact they've been inactive for months. Andeey might be the only one who's actually trying to do something, though.

[Rstar]MrTrane, the last of the herd. Trane started his administrating career quite well, he kept himself out of arguments and he stayed clean. That has all changed right when he managed to get the Manager rank he desperately wanted. Once this was achieved, he went off road and started to mess up. Such as; helping Chester Campbell despite the fact of several screenshots which clearly show his abuse. Proof:

To conclude, may I let everyone know once again, that this is not to be used for insulting or provoking any HQ Member but more of outlining what the HQ has become and that things need to change. I myself am not going to change the server, neither will you, but together, together we are all able to unite and get things done. This topic wasn't made for the removal of the HQ, but rather for them to notice what has been happening, and to realise that they all need to get their shit together before its too late. Get your shit together gents, man up to your faults and start fixing the problem. Censoring this topic and myself is useless and by the time you do, it would have been already saved by most of the population.

I sincerely am sorry that this had to be done, but it was required and you were warned about this if things weren't going to change, you refused everything and continued with insulting other players.

Deleting evidence and criticism will do nothing but keep us in the same spot as we are and I would say, that's not a good one. We have no scripters, we have hardly a player count and toxicity is up there.

Yes, Matthew was banned by HQ and yes, he was banned for cyberbullying, but have you guys even bothered to actually look in to it, you were part of the FBI yourself, if he was able to blind you for that long then I am not even surprised that 90 per cent of what you wrote in to this topic is incorrect, and don't worry, I know Ramo wrote most of it.

As for the groups you named me in.
I was part of ASID for 2 weeks, I resigned as I didn't enjoy the group and it wasn't what I expected, I was never 'high ranked' in it.
The time I was leading CIA I was indeed inactive and I do regret that I took the position, yet I also took the decision to close the CIA in the SAMP division, and did my best to keep the staff role playing even though the status was taken away from us.
As for the SAPD, I've been SAPD on and off since 2011, I have worked myself up to Sergeant several times, which isn't even a high rank in the SAPD, it's called lower command for a reason, I have sufficient activity, and back in the day (2014-2015) I was the most active Sergeant for months on end, and am still quite active myself.

So you claim I am taking up high ranks, yet you haven't even looked in to my actual history, and if you did you would know that I actually work my ass off to achieve what I GET.
As for your claims regarding the FBI, maybe you should add the information I've given you on the FBI forums too Spike, rather than just copy pasta from a member that doesn't even have all the information, you could actually make an effort to validate this document and make it something other than a pile of half arsed truths.
The reason the FBI was being offered script support now, is because I believed that the FBI deserved it, they went through a shit situation and they appeared to actually been acting honest, despite me being polite and trying to work with you guys, Leonardo made up bullshit and tried to convince you of things that didn't actually happen, for example he claimed that HQ wanted to be an 'eye' within the FBI, which isn't the truth, the reason I set myself as the director is because it's a lot easier to handle ranks through the actual group than having to manually adjust everything through the database, which I also told you guys a few times already.

Now for Peter and Pulse, yes, Peter was assigned as a supreme judge but he should've known he wasn't going to be the only one, despite what he claimed, he was assigned as a supreme judge, not the leader of the court, and assigning of PulseEffect was already in the planning, it was discussed, and approved by Carbon and the rest of HQ, hence why he was assigned.
As for him being assigned to the case, I am not sure what the issue with it is, Peter said he wasn't going to handle FBI cases anyways. And is it a bad thing someone is finally role playing properly in the court, the case was on two broken feet when it was posted, no matter who handled it, most people already knew the outcome if you had any type of knowledge about the court system.
Again, why would we need to assign someone as a judge to close a case if we could do it ourselves, the case was an attempt to role play, it was handled within role play and you guys still seem upset by it.

As for the spawned money, have you guys even bothered looking in to what the money was spawned in for, I am not saying I support all of the actions and transactions but atleast we don't have to make up half arsed stories.
Anyways, here's another money spawn you can make assumptions off of, this one is of my own account, you can try figuring out why.

You are acting like this is the first time a staff member called someone a cunt, I'd like to remind you that the logs you are sending are from Skype, I don't think there's any staff member who hasn't called someone a cunt, retard, or similar in private messages while discussing, or talking to them before, I've done it, I'm not hiding it, I know Devin's done it, Teddy's done it, Gandalf's done it, most of the old SA:MP HQ has done it. Now about Andeey, as you said already, Andeey is straight forward, and that's not just towards others, but also towards his own.
Andeey is aware of the lack of activity within HR, and Andeey is doing his best to work on it, how ever he has also admitted that he doesn't want every jackass in his group, as he is trying to do his best to keep the role play standard of Argonath up at a certain level, HR's activity might not be the best, but at least they understand their goal and act appropriate towards it.


As for Trane and Chester, I'm pretty sure most of you have moved to discord now a days, things are logged differently, FBI had their own heavy air logging, Chester reported his services in-game, on duty, he reported he was taking heavy air so he wasn't really being secretive about it, it's again another attempt to talk shit about someone else without knowing the full story, which you guys are very known for, and as for Trane being lenient towards Chester, don't think Chester hasn't been spoken to or taken care of, he was suspended for his actions, as well as removed from the ability to operate heavy air for quite a while, but unlike some Chester is someone that listen and is someone you can talk to, as most of you kept telling me, mistakes are human, so why can't others make mistakes, why is it only you guys that can.

Now for your picture of Biggie, it seems like two old friends having some fun, you must have forgotten Trane used to be one of the NBA's oldest members, role playing with them and helping out Frank.

And as for the terrorist jokes, two complete different instances, look in to the history of both situations.


Now as my final say, no, I don't agree with everything that happens on the server, or within HQ or the staff team, but at least I am willing to speak to people about it, I'm willing to get information of others and forward it to the people they're having issues with, I don't have to make up false situations to try and get others in trouble, or misuse my rights in order to get an advantage of my own.

Leonardo and the rest have shown their true selves with their actions, if you guys wouldn't have tried fitting your own agenda, and only your own agenda you'd be happily in the FBI and role playing with others, or at least making an attempt to do so, but instead of that you guys decided to mass resign and create a bunch of false information in order to attempt to put the blame on others, even though it was all your own decision.

So yes, I own up for my own mistakes, but I also defend myself from bullshit given by people like yourself.

I'll be locking the topic as I don't like it when people make up false accusations to blame others for their own mistakes, if you wish to reply feel free to PMing me so and I'll be unlocking the topic for a reply of yourself, or I can post it for you.
