This wannabe "admin" of my wifi network has changed my router settings, set it to his own password and decided to throttle my speed using this program "selfishnet" which uses arp spoofing

I tried some protections like my antivirus firewall(I cant turn on my firewall in control panel :/) I tried this netcut defender thing but it only blocks 20% of the attack
is there anything else that I could do to prevent this?

pls help

or should I put a ransomware on his pc because he just pissed me off

Is this router in your house, are you using a shared network (Is it for example a household router for multiple 'rooms' in a student apartment.)

We'd need a bit more information.

Here are the few steps to turn ON/OFF your firewall;

> Open Security Center.
> Type "firewall" into the search box, select windows firewall.
> Select "Turn Windows Firewall on or off" on the left side.
> Then
Spoiler for Hiden:
Click "Turn on Windows Firewall" in the private/public network.
I hope it might help you. :)
