I haven't thought this idea through very much, so you'll need to give me some hah
Anyways, you know how in the GTA games you get busted, well that's my idea. Though it shall be harder than just going to an *armed* suspect and pointing his gun, maybe make it possible at VERY low HP like 15 or some shit. Maybe do that car door thing aswell. Then you gotta escort him to the police station, and on THIS surrender only people can rescue him.
Now this idea sucks ass and it's too overpowered, I know, but please post your ideas on how it can be balanced. 20m heads are better than 1.
