Economy rebalance suggestion

I suggest to:

- decrease trucking income to 50$,
- increase current vehicle prices by minimum 1.5 times, preferably 2 times higher since they're too low now
- remove car smuggle totally DM script, or make the maximum car reward be 2k$
- nerf delivery recharge time on pizza and make max delivery list be 5 so it's balanced
- remove minimissions because they're scripts that basically make the server TDM, instead make the players roleplay robberies
- add business tax, 66% income going to the government
- decrease rewards from smuggles 2 or 3 times
- make pizza job be unavailable from 1700 - 0500
- make all stores be automatically closed (can't /buy) after midnight until 0600
- bring back passport system but revamped, so newbies people without a passport can't buy any weapons, enter any jobs except for 25$ trucking (less because no passport) until they get one

All of those should make the economy balanced again. All that you'd need after implementing this is a total database wipe so players would have to work again on equal terms

There were talks to rebalance the car prices again. Not on our priority list right now but it might be revisited in the future.

No. Car smuggle script will stay but it will be reworked.

No. Mini-missions 2.0 is already in development and it addresses a lot of the issues that the current mini-mission is facing.

Oh yeah sunshine? If so, remove smuggles, um heists and etc etc, because it is TDM not crime situations. The only thing minimissions need nerfing is the RPing. Nobody is gonna RP cause then in that time the truck is gonna get stolen, the crate, you're gonna die, etc.. Yanno I kinda loved RPing robberies but what's the fuckin' point, I can do /ad The *** is being robbed, all officers respond, and hey nobody's gonna give me any money even if I successfully evade the cops.

1. Well, kinda right there but cmon now like everybody in VC is not new. There should be restrictions though. I had an idea, but I forgot about it.
2. Truckers can't pay for 1 hospital trip. Fuck that idea.

actually a good idea, but there musn't be times where you must play for 7 days like samp. that will render the game extremely boring.
