The Walker Corporation, has a lot of properties, all over Liberty City and we are willing to sell these properties, to their rightful owners, the citizens of Argonath! We have all sorts to houses, for low-class to high-class or with 2 garage spots to 4 garage spots!

Citizens can request for properties with the code, given below. With this information, we can deliver and provide the right homes for you! Fill the post below and post it, for us to find the right home, for you. Before applying or making an application, please read the Terms & Conditions as it is a must for read for buyers.

All interested citizens can post an application for acquiring a house/apartment. Within/After a week of applying for an application, contact the in-charge for your property (You will know your in-charge when your application is noted).

I. Affiliation 1
All citizens of Argonath who apply for requestion of property, once, his/her application is noted, the buyer(the applicant) must pay 9/10 of the total money of the property as advance to the person in charge of their property, such that, the buyer does not *back off* and the last moment, and reject the offer given by Walker Corp.

II. Affiliation 2
If the buyer rejects the property assigned to him according to his/her preferred location in the application, 50% of the advance given, will be returned to the buyer.

III. Affiliation 3
The buyer may bargain with reduce in price, however, it must be done justly and kindly, such that there must not be a fight between the seller and the buyer, else we have the right to reject the application.

IV. Affiliation 4
Any court cases against Walker Corp. will be filed under Mr.Ajax Walker, and any cases against any employee or manager, regarding Walker Corp., will be dealt by CEO, Mr.Ajax.

Auctions/Bidding

Walker Corp. will be posting certain high-rated properties in high-residential areas and will be put for Auction. Citizens interested in bidding, may quote the auction post and post your price. The highest bidder, who remains for the highest for 6 hours, would win the auction, and must pay the price for the property, else, the second bidder would win/a court case would be made.

Employees

Walker Corp. is looking for employees and citizens can also apply for being an employee of Walker Corp. All employees must learn the following links below, from being an employee of Walker Corp.

Once learnt, contact the CEO, Mr. Ajax_Walker, in-game and PM him, "IVMP Walker EMP". Do not pester else, can reject your employee application.

Didn't understand the process? Let's explain in simpler words.

You, the buyer, would make an application to buying your ideal house, then, keeping checking your application, and you would see soon, either, CEO, Manager or the Supervisior would reply, "Your application is Noted. Contact me(the person who makes the post) in-game to pay the advance of $72,000(total property price is $80,000)."

Contact the in-charge in-game and pay him the advance, and exactly a week after you have given the advance, contact him again, then he would give you the property, after you give the remaining, $8,000 to in-charge.

Due to the lack of employees, we will be taking in 6-10 applications per week, but, if you apply as an employee, we could take in more and more applications!

Applications

Walker Corp. is currently short of employees and is currently accepting 6 applications per week, where we will deliver all the houses every Saturday or before. Applications can be sent in today onwards, and the first 6 applications, will only be allowed for that week. You cannot send 2 applications on the same week or an application every week. Applications will be taken every Saturday, 12 PM.
