Issues with mobile data

Hi guys,

I bought a Nous smartphone (polish manufacturer) with stock Android 6.0. I needed it as a replacement phone for my Asus which took quite a beating to its screen.

Everything works perfectly except for one thing - mobile data. Everything works fine on wifi, but when I switch to 4G, apps such as Facebook and Messenger work well with no problems, but trying to actually browse the internet by Chrome or any other browser returns a "Connection timed out" error message and does not work. Has anyone experienced it before and has any idea how to fix this?
