It's mainly because my friends are getting active and they are asking me to join them. And my second reason is, that i am the one in charge of our cash and properties, so all of our group assets and hardwork are currently on my account so...

'My friends are getting active and want me to join them and my brother wants to play' don't seem like a valid excuse to me, you threatened to attack the community, you seem to have no regrets of your actions, so I see no reason to even consider unbanning you, denied.
