Inactive players holding properties for/from active players

As this concern has been raised by multiple members of the server, we've taken a look at the situation and discussed it with the admin/development team to come with a proper solution.

Our solution is to make things fair and no longer allow inactive players to hold properties who are not contributing to the server (this includes players who we deem to not be active but are evading the 12 week last login rule).

Therefore, if we find an account has been created with the mere purpose of holding a property, that property will be unowned and auctioned.

If a player holds a property, & plays once in week, proper play. Is it okay?

Me and Klaus will evaluate the activity of property owner and if we deem the only intention of said owner is to hold a property for someone else, the property may be auctioned off.
