Unable to get HQ screenshots, only blurry. [SA:MP]

I am getting blurry screenshots from days/weeks + blurry names, does anyone have a fix for it?
e.g.

They're, this one was somehow correct but usually they're bullshit screens or is my 2dfx doing this?

Fix your brightness and it's the mods you have that effect the blurry for sure, re-install sa:mp and you will see what im talking about.

My brightness is at it's peak, I mean full, and my laptop's brightness as well.

What rez do you play with? And what mods do you have (for textures, drawdistance etc)

Probably the water mods and loading screen

Reinstall the game and add mods one by one to see whatever is causing it. Kinda hard to get an understanding of t he issue when the pic you provided is normal.

I had this type of problem before, you need to update the graphics card drivers

Honestly it can be caused out of many things, rather if it's your graphics card that is in-capable of handling the mods properly.
It could be a broken mod or just the way your PC doesn't really take the mod properly then re installing the mods and following each one is the solution.
and final solution, I mean I doubt it's this but check resolutions out maybe something changed there in the in game settings, again I doubt it.
