LIBERTY STATE AGAINST BADBOYDHIA

SECTION I. SUMMARY
The Crime Investigation Unit (C.I.U.) in charge of fighting against illegal trade of drugs and weapons sent an undercover member to check weapon shops in the city and we found that there's an unlicensed shop selling AK-47 (considered as war grade weapon) owned by defendant badboydhia.


SECTION II. ACTS VIOLATED
All acts below are stated in the Laws of Liberty City.

Act 10.5
A person is not allowed to import, export, transport, manufacture, sell, promote, buy or give or receive a weapon from or to another person. Such person would be guilty of illegal firearms trafficking.
Exception is for registered weapon dealers approved by the court.

SECTION III. EVIDENCE

Whatever I've done, canceled or not, you have always committed a crime. If you've committed it in the past doesn't mean you won't get prosecuted for what you've done. It is up to the judge to mark this case invalid, certainly not up to you.

Demands should be enforced as of now, the sale of illegal guns should stop or there will be dire consistences.
