Can you show your windows firewall exceptions?
Its not that the problem , i tryed to disable at all antivirus and firewall and tryed again, still not work.
Are you checking your real IP?
My ip was that on the left side, the right side is an ip of last week,the tool dont uses that , idk why, it only opens my port, idk how
