LIBERTY STATE AGAINST SAMYR CASTELLO

SECTION I. SUMMARY
In a cross operation of the Crime Investigation Unit along with the Liberty City Police Department, we've found that defendant Samyr Castello has been producing and exporting narcotics. Our undercover contact has been sent to investigate the case and he has found several proofs showing the accused planting weed seeds disclousing informations about a possible drug dealer. A warrant was immediately sent and later on signed by the district judge. The subject was also executed by two other agency's employees and a lot of informations have emerged. The subject has confessed his crimes and revealed us informations about a possible drug cartel which he might be in.


The LCPD and the NOOSE would like to seize the opportunity to say that they won't have any mercy against illegal weed production and illegal weapons distribution (even though it's not related to this case).



SECTION II. ACTS VIOLATED
All acts below are stated in the Laws of Liberty City.

Act 9.1
It is forbidden to possess, buy, sell, produce, transport, promote or give or receive drugs.
This does not apply to Law Enforcers performing their duties.
This act is punishable by up to 5 minutes of imprisonment.

In absence of the defendant I as judge have reached a verdict in this case, the defendant Samyr Castello has been found guilty on both charges.
