adding npc like the original game

Still about chase it will be impossible to don't increase rhl cause of these npc for sure.by trying shortcut on sidewalk or something you will get more "points" with your rhl than doing full strike in bowling

its impossiple its like replacing players with npc or robots xD moreover it may cause disasters ig that is my opinion .
 we only need npc for taxi to be TAXI missions  and be same as medic/fireman every 10 min new mission
