IV:MP Problem with lights

The lights surrounding the headlight is irritating my eyes anyway to disable it? (the light inside the big circle and outside the smaller circle)

I think thats the default setting of the game. If you look directly at high beams in real life you block them out, only seeing the outer ring aswell.
