Why is /paypropertytax bugged?

Im trying to pay my properties the damn tax but it keep saying '' ''This property is in foreclosure. Please pay the back taxes before it is sold'' ''

But im trying to pay the damn tax and i got enough of money in the bank, but this damn script is bugged

/sell > /purchase > profit > if you have furnitures just do /objects, click on your furnitures and move it a bit then save
