Reason why you did it: After a long time being banned I have got the time I needed to cool down and think about what happened and what went wrong. Some will say this was too long and others may perhaps say too short and more time is required.

Regardless, my behavior has been unethical and very wrong. I want to admit that I was wrong and I should have acted differently. Humans make mistakes but I agree that this has been a very serious act done and I have apologized to the person offended here and would like to apologize to anyone else involved in this.

I have changed my plans and view which I had before to something more reasonable and peaceful. I want to focus more on being helpful, friendly and fun like the Babe times... rather than being rough and searching for trouble.

Furthermore, I want to add that I miss the community and the server a LOT and would like to return so hard.

Second thing, unrelated to your ban reason you had been slowly and quietly spreading shit about Argonath here and there, expressing unhappiness with the server to others, shitting on the new scripts etc...

This type of negativity does nothing to improve the quality of the server, it only spreads negative vibes around and there is no place for this kind of thing here. If unbanned should we expect this type of thing to repeat itself?

Ofcourse they are, at first I didn't realize how much damage I had done until I had spoken to... - and thats why I have a shift in words and perspective now from my previous unban request.

I feel like I have the rights to share my thought and opinion on new scripts, which can be helpful sometimes but can also be seen as shitting and I feel like I can express unhappiness when something goes wrong like when my RS that flew from my house to FIA and respawned on a high building where I needed to wait for an admin to pick it up (Bert) or some other things I forgot but regardless, you get the point.

Anyway, in my perspective my moaning and shitting was relatively minor but I can eliminate them. I wouldn't be here if I wasn't happy with the server.
