First of all, Happy New Year, here's 2019, and so I.

Alright so, I'm not gonna lie this time. I've tried once and I know the result. I've already faced the consequences of lying. I've been banned for 12 weeks already and by the time, I've lost whatever little bit of belongings I was left with.
Now I've been given this last chance to admit whatever wrongdoings I commited, I don't want to fuck with this one as well.

I've got these two accounts : Spiller and Blitzkyrie.
Yep, I am the owner of Blitzkyrie as well. I had created it to snitch. I admit I had shared this account with someone else, she played for only two days and left it. After that, I took back over it and used it fulfill my intentions instead of snitching.
Spiller wasn't shared with Blitzkyrie although.

Now coming on to Carl_Maxson. Wasn't a breach, I admit we had shared on this account too, but I had never accessed without his permission. We had it shared before I could acknowledge it was a rulebreak. But, rulebreak is a rulebreak, /shrug. I admit it was my fault.
Apart from that, nope, none of us had intended to break the 4 vehicle 2 prop limit. We used to have 2 computers, that's how we have these belongings, my PC fucked up so we now have 1 computer (+1 spare laptop). Still under limit per UID. I don't think any rules were broken with that, and if I'm wrong with that, it wasn't intentionally done.

After all I've done, I've faced the consequences. I feel I deserved it. I've lost whatever I built in my one year of Argonath. My career, my vehicle collection, my properties and especially that whooping ass money, ash it has become by now. No problem, I wont disappoint you once again if given a chance, I've a lot to rebuild.

I've came back in this section with a great hope. I've learnt my lesson, I won't do anything like this ever again. Please give me one more chance, whatever I did, money made me do it.

Alright, Nottingham. I've read those appeals and now I see what has happened over here. Yes, I was a part of that community. First, a scripter and manager, then  promoted to a stand-up division leader. I never scripted anything for that community, it was Rardodus and his guys working upon it.

So, I was aware that it was looking similar to Argonath. I wasn't an active part of that community except I did the major part in setting up the discord and related things. I don't know when things turned out to rip off argo.

Kowalski and Rardodus were the ones who started it all up. Countless times, I told Kowalski that it would be better if you don't make it look like Argo, if we were to create something then better use your own creativity. I was there only because of my close friendship with Kowalski, he needed help, I was there to stand behind them nothing else.
Apart from that, I never promoted that server anywhere. Never wanted to rip anything off from Argonath, I did as Kowaslki told me to do. And, it was all shut down the day first ban wave rolled over.

I apologize for this cause, I was out of all this, honestly.

Okay, so, sorry for making another post first of all. Last time, I haven't read some other ban appeals that I read later. Oops, and sorry, I just posted it in the incorrect format, didn't realize that. Apologies.

Though Nottingham was shut down immediately after the ban wave by the owners. Also, I had cut any ties with Nottingham and related. After registering, I NEVER ever went ingame. As I said earlier, I helped in the maintenance of their discord server, and a few forum tweaks and suggestion to the police forums.
I'd like to add whatever I know about that community by picking up those appeals.


First of all, if we see Rardodus' appeal :

Alright. Sezar, he was the division leader and then he was kicked like a month before the ban wave. He's clean, he wasn't involved in any kind of ripping and such stuff.

Sk, he was the scripter. In his ban appeal, he claims that he had created only a few commands. Now, I seriously don't know where those commands came from, either Rardodus created them or it was Sk. There were only 3 people who I know had scripted something, Rardodus, Sk and Mahmood Tornado. Apart from that, there were 4 more members assigned as scripters. I, Austin Agero, MarineForce and Steve Trevor. I didn't script anything, just had a look on them, and at that time, those were weird glitched commands. And as far as I know, neither Austin nor Steve scripted anything. MarineForce was kicked, don't know why.

Kool_Kat, she was just a part of the discord server, I don't think she even bothered. But afaik, she has some irl ties with Sk.

Kowalski was the head of everything.

I don't know who's Gustavo.

Smaug, was a moderator or an admin but he was kicked as well.

3-Who were responsible in creating the forum structure and the main topics within said structure?

The main forum was made by Kowalski and Spiller which was later approved by me. The structure was made by Kowalski and things in the said topics were also made by him.

I wasn't involved in creating the forum, anyhow. When I was asked to take a look at the forums, I didn't even know if they existed or not. I asked for links and posted one post that I was told to post. That time, there were only a few threads over there.  I never bothered to take a look at them. If they still exist, then you can check my last visit over there.

Luchgox, I never saw him around.
Maddy, he helped Kowalski with the pd forums I think.


Now truly, I know how much it hurts when someone steals your work and efforts. I apologize for all this. Even though I was banned at that time, If I had paid more attention and reported everything to someone, this dark sun wouldn't have risen up, could have stopped this before it actually happened. But it did, I am equally responsible for this although I didn't copy-paste stuff. But please, I've realized the wrong I did. Forgive me if possible. I want to play again on Argonath, I've been waiting for a very long time already.

Nah. When I told you you'll be denied if you try to lie about the first case of this ban, I didn't expect you to go fullretard even further.
