Regarding Tolls: Remove Y/N?

SA is modeled after an American state design, specifically California, and within the states it is entirely unheard of to see tolls located on backroads.

The removal of tolls would not entirely remove the toll system, but rather remove illogically placed tolls. This would keep tolls are places where they would exist within reality as tolls provide no real benefit other than to police which again, isn't really the type of benefit to promote.

We would keep tolls on highways, interstates, and key junctures. "But wait wouldn't that force people to avoid tolls?" Yeah probably, I mean honestly we do this IRL, the GPS even has an "Avoid toll roads" option - for a reason. It depends, either pay a small fee for the convenience of time and shorter distance or go a bit out of your way to avoid the toll.

The choice is yours though.

I voted Yes for toll removal as they currently serve little to no purpose in the game.

If the tolls are in the game at all they should have a better purpose in the game, something along the lines of my suggestion here would work to keep each county completely road toll blocked from one another.

I say keep the tolls on the freeways. But dismantle the tolls on the 2-lane roads and bridges. Or in layman's terms, just read this map I came up with.





The toll plazas circled in RED doesn't get demolished since they're part of the freeway system in the map. However the toll plazas circled in GREEN get demolished since they're secondary roads in the map.
