Announcement regarding apartments

From now on you are able to only buy ONE property inside an apartment complex, they are meant to be used for people who are either too poor to purchase a "proper" house or just prefer to have an apartment instead to live near their job or group location for example, they were never meant to be bought massively by one person just to show-off or annoy others. Whoever owns more than one apartment has to choose which one they would like to keep and sell the rest (you can sell it for profit to others yes for the last time if they would like to get one that way), after 10 days anyone who has more than one apartment will have them admin sold and left with only one owned.

Apartments were mainly created for poor players to own a house in order to store stuff. Not for someone to be greedy a.f. and buy them all only because he can. Would be nice if your members could have one apartment each and let the other ones for people in need.

If you set a rule so people wont be able to legally ask other players to keep the houses for them (through court or even verbal contract) that would be great, cuz people will just simply ask their friends (or their members) to keep them. But if you dont support such contracts (as a server rule) it will just lower the amount of the apartments that a player can hold for himself (it wont stop them tho, but it will obviously lower the amount of them).

I did see it implemented but other houses like trailers with apartment interiors are also not buyable even if they are not related to my apartment complex

I believe there was other issue with property system, that should all now be fixed

Looks like there was a misunderstanding while implementing this, it turns out that the script will only allow you to own one apartment despite if it is a different apartment complex or not, main post updated.

Okay, I understand the one apartment per complex, but what about those houses who are held as storages? I mean, sure no one uses them like that now, but originally that's the reason I bought an apartment per city, so that once we had a proper storage system I would use that one. I don't think being allowed one apartment in the whole map makes that much sense.
